    Alpenglow Vacation Rentals’ welcomes you to majestic Ouray, Colorado. We are one of Ouray’s most comfortable accommodations in a prime location.

    Every year we provide the perfect vacation get-away for families and friends during summer or winter!

    We have multiple locations for ease of access in finding the right vacation spot for you in Ouray.

    You will check in for Alpenglow at the Twin Peaks Lodge and Hot Springs. Twin Peaks Lodge is located at 125 3rd Avenue, Ouray, Colorado 81427.

    Lodging Options

    Try one of our unique condominiums in our central location, situated one block off Main Street. Each unit is walking distance to restaurants, shops, and activities. From a one bedroom one bath, all the way to a three bedroom two bath. This set of rentals can handle any size party.. Some units can even be combined to accommodate larger occupancy (based on availability).

    Stay by the river in a spacious three bedroom three bath town home and enjoy the quietness and beauty nature has to offer. One of a kind views wait for you to soak them in from each window. The mountain views will embrace you with their stillness and grandeur.

    Rates may change without notice and are subject to availability. All rates, discounts and specials quoted are subject to availability. Certain blackout dates, day of arrival and length of stay restrictions may apply.

    Taxes, cleaning fees, and gratuities are not included, unless otherwise noted. Cannot combine discounts or special offers.

    PRIVACY POLICY:
    No personal information including e-mail addresses are given or used by anyone outside the organization. We do not collect personal information about people who browse our website.

    CANCELLATIONS:
    Cancellations must be made thirty (30) days prior to check in. Check in is at 3:00 PM (mountain time). If a reservation is cancelled thirty(30) days prior to arrival the deposit will be refunded less a $40 cancellation fee. If a reservation is cancelled within the thirty(30) day time period the required deposit will not be refunded.

    Rental Policies

    CHECK-IN TIME:
    Check-in time begins after 3:00 pm.

    The Twin Peaks Lodge and Hot Springs’ Lobby is the location to pick up your keys and provide a card for final payment. The Lodge (Corner of 2nd St. and 3rd Ave.) is located 1.5 blocks south of the main Alpenglow property (Corner of 2nd St. and 5th Ave.)

    CHECK-OUT TIME:
    Check-out time is at 11:00 am. Late departures will be charged $25 per hour.

    MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY:
    Maximum occupancy limits may NOT be exceeded. Maximum occupancy for any condominium is the total number of adults and children (no longer sleeping in a portable crib). If the number of guests in your party changes please notify us immediately.

    DEPOSIT POLICY:
    There is a 50% deposit required at the time of reservation. Payment may be in the form of a credit or debit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, or Discover.

    **PLEASE NOTE**Twenty-four (24) hrs prior to check in, an authorization for the first night plus $100.00 will be placed on your card and will drop off. This is not a charge. You will be charged for the entire stay upon check out. We do not recommend that you guarantee your reservation with a bank, credit union, debit card, or check card. This type of authorization could last between one and seven business days. If you wish to prevent this action please call us and change the card we have on file. Changing cards with-in the 24hrs prior to arrival or at check in will not stop this automatic action from occurring and could result in multiple authorizations. A credit card normally takes about 24hrs to fall off. All transactions will appear on your statement as “Twin Peaks Lodge and Hot Springs”. The Twin Peaks Lodge is only a Booking Agent for Alpenglow.

    FINAL PAYMENT:
    The other 50% of your balance will be charged on the card provided at check-in. We CANNOT split charges between multiple cards. Please make prior arrangements. The reservation deposit is applied to end of stay. No refunds for early check-out. You may add a night(s) to your stay but are unable to remove a night(s) from your stay. Payment may be in the form of cash, traveler’s checks, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, or Discover. (Effective January 1, 2020. All reservations are subject to a 3.5% lodging tax, 9.45% sales tax, and a ($15 resort fee per day)).

    CANCELLATION POLICY:
    Cancellations must be made thirty (30) days prior to check in. Check in is at 3:00 PM (Mountain Time). If a reservation is cancelled thirty (30) days prior to arrival the deposit will be refunded. If a reservation is cancelled within the thirty (30) day time period you will be responsible for your entire stay. This means any deposit and the days in which the unit will be empty.

    NO PETS:
    Guests and visitors are not allowed to bring pets on the premises. If it becomes known that a pet is on the grounds, a charge of $500.00 per day will be added to the unit rental charge and the guest may be asked to leave. Many people are very sensitive to pet odors and appreciate a room free from these odors.

    CRIBS & HIGH CHAIRS:
    We do not provide a portable crib and/or high chair.

    NO SMOKING:
    We are a non-smoking establishment. There is a $500 per day fee for smoking or the smell of smoke. Many people are very sensitive to smoke odors and appreciate a room free from these odors.

    BICYCLES:
    Bicycles are not permitted in the units.

    TOWELS:
    Please do not take our towels from the condominium. Please do not use our towels for makeup removal or cleaning purposes. Towels permanently damaged will be charged to the guest. We have found out makeup, car dirt, and grease do not come out of the linens.

    RAGS:
    If you need rags for any purpose, they are provided under the kitchen sink. If you do not have any rags please see the front desk at the Twin Peaks during business hours.

    PARKING:
    Our parking area will not accommodate large campers, extra trailers or other extra vehicles. Please inquire in the office for parking such vehicles. There is no assigned parking.

    TRAILERS:
    Guests bringing trailers should discuss possible arrangements ahead of time. Many times in the year there may not be adequate parking available.

    CHILDREN:
    We ask parents to control their children. Excessive yelling and running on stairs and grounds may be disturbing to other guests.

    NEGLIGENCE:
    We provide clean, comfortable rooms for your stay. Guests will be held responsible for any damages to the property, the rooms or their contents.

    SECURITY:
    Please make sure your personal belongings are secure. Alpenglow Vacation Rentals is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
