At Alpenglow, we’re excited to have you stay in one of our vacation rentals. However, we’re also very well aware of the factors that are affecting travel. If you’re thinking about staying at our sister site Twin Peaks Lodge & Hot Springs, some new policies have gone into effect addressing COVID-19 that you may wish to familiarize yourself with.
For example, when it’s time to check-in, only the person that made the reservation and whose name is on it will be allowed in the lobby. Cash is not being accepted. Furthermore, you’ll need to use the kiosk to check-in as a preventative measure and to keep with the “no contact” rules.
If you do need to go to the lobby, only two people from the same party will be allowed. As for breakfast, it will be delivered on a limited basis the night before. Housekeeping services will not be provided daily for those staying multiple nights but arrangements can be made to receive necessities by contacting the front desk.
