About This Rental
This large, bi-level unit is a great short-term rental for a family or friends vacationing in Ouray. The main floor includes two bedrooms: one with a single queen-size bed and the other with two twin beds. You can access the third bedroom with a single queen bed by entering the second-floor loft area.
Each floor includes a bathroom, making accessing one easy for all guests. The bathroom on the main floor includes a tub/shower combo, while the second-floor bathroom includes a shower only.
The unit’s fully-equipped kitchen includes a standard refrigerator, stove, and microwave. Here, you’ll find everything you need for basic meal preparation. Also, the kitchen includes dishes and flatware for 10, meaning you’ll have more than enough plates and forks for your entire crew.
This unit’s gas fireplace is perfect for a romantic evening indoors or in chilly fall temperatures, while the air conditioning cools things down during summer. Other home comforts include high-speed wireless internet and Hulu Stream TV. You can also take advantage of the on-site laundromat (coins required).
Please note: There is a mandatory $250 cleaning fee for all reservations.

How to Book
Use our online booking tool to reserve this unit. When you enter your arrival date and other details, you will see all available units for that date range. If you do not see this rental on the list, it is unavailable for the requested dates.
You must enter payment information and pay a 50% deposit when booking. The remaining reservation balance will be charged to the provided card during check-in.
