About This Rental

This massive, bi-level rental is a great vacation home for a family or group of couples visiting Ouray. The main floor includes two bedrooms, while the third is located one floor below, which you can access using the spiral staircase. Each bedroom includes one queen-size bed.

You will find one bathroom on each floor. The bathroom on the main floor includes a tub/shower combo, while the lower bathroom includes a shower only.

The unit’s fully-equipped kitchen includes a standard refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave. The kitchen is stocked with dishes and flatware for 10, plus all of the basic items needed to cook meals.

This unit’s gas fireplace is perfect for cozy evenings. During the summer, you can turn on the air conditioning and cool down after spending a day out exploring the San Juan Mountains. Other home comforts include high-speed wireless internet and Hulu Stream TV. You can also take advantage of the on-site laundromat (coins required).

Please note: There is a mandatory $250 cleaning fee for all reservations.

You must enter payment information and pay a 50% deposit when booking. The remaining reservation balance will be charged to the provided card during check-in.
